There is all sorts of mischief going on downtown today, including the beautiful Dia de los Muertos parade and celebration sponsored by Someday Lounge from 2 o'clock to 6 o'clock and the much less lovely but sure to be amusing 2011 Zombie Walk which will be staggering through downtown sometime between noon and 4 o'clock.

It seems like summer was barely here and now it's gone. Time to curl up with a nice stack of books and zines and comics. We've got a lovely and growing selection of titles ready and waiting for you. Finally, we're co-sponsoring an event with Atomic Books and Quimby's called 2011: Revenge of Print! The rules are simple ~ publish a zine or comic before midnight on December 31st! Need guidance? The Independent Publishing Resource Center is right upstairs and waiting to assist you. We're going to host an end of year event to celebrate everything that was published this year ~ we'll keep you posted!
