Join us this week for three exciting upcoming events! First up Join us today, Tuesday, November 8th, 5:30pm-7:30pm for Local Press Love Fest at the Multnomah County Central Library! About a dozen local publishers will be peddling their wares to help you get a head start on your holiday shopping! There will be food, raffles, door prizes, and free gift wrapping provided by SCRAP!

On Wednesday, October 9th, 7pm (sharp!) Reading Frenzy is hosting a House Party to End Corporate Power! This party will be one of dozens of simultaneous events taking place across the country to build momentum for a Constitutional Amendment to overturn the devastating Citizens United Supreme Court decision that let loose a flood of unlimited corporate contributions into our election system. We'll be streaming the national portion of the evening's presentation, featuring a conference call with Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont! Space is limited! RSVP is required! Last but not least! We're super excited about our event on Thursday, November 10th, 7pm with the mysterious author behind Love is Not Constantly Wondering if You Are Making the Biggest Mistake of Your Life! A choose your own adventure style autobiography that requires audience participation! Love is Not... is Zachary's first foray into autobiography. Previously, he co-authored Miami, You've Got Style, an analysis of the outfits of the first season of The Golden Girls, as well as the zines The Adventures of Mr. Cat and A Field Guide to the Aliens of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
