February 20, 2009: The Portland Zine Symposium will happen on July 24th, 25th, 26th at PSU this year. They're currently seeking art submissions for the 2009 poster. This year's themes are cats, 9 lives, and "Hang in there!" Your art submission should touch upon one or all of these themes.

February 20, 2009: Word of our upcoming benefit is popping up all over the internet! There has been speculation about who the special guests are, which we cannot confirm or deny. We can only say it's will be awesome!

February 20, 2009: Founded in 1991 by artists as a creative resource, Plazm publishes an eclectic design and culture magazine with worldwide distribution. The entire catalog is now part of the permanent collection at SFMoMA. Plazm has posted all the feature articles ever published in their 18 year history. You can read an interview from 1998 with yours truly here. 

February 19, 2009: Reading Frenzy is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a limited edition line of t-shirts, tote bags and prints, inspired by our love of the printed word. The first release (due out March 2009) will be a silk-screened tote bag by Carson Ellis! Future releases will feature artwork by Julianna Bright, Chris Johanson, Christina Lamb, Nikki McClure, Kristine Virsis, Tara Jane ONeil, and Nicole J. Georges!
