Join us tonight at Reading Frenzy to hear excerpts from Urban Scout's new book Rewild or Die: Revolution and Renaissance at the End of Civilization. Along with a reading, Urban Scout will give short tutorials on some of his most beloved workshops. In anticipation of his appearance at Reading Frenzy, I caught up with him to discuss the new book, possible film projects, and the end of civilization.

Believe it or not, Future Tense Books has been around for two solid decades. The brainchild of Kevin Sampsell, this Portland-via-Spokane based micro press, has become a staple of consistently awesome publications. The night promises appearances by Richard Meltzer, Zachary Schomburg, and Chelsea Martin (Oakland) among a dozen more. With such an abundance of snarky talented writers on deck, the night can only mean two things: readings from the cream o' the crop and tipsy toasts. Don't miss the fun!
